1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (https://www.fkenterprise.in) or hiring FK Enterprise for housekeeping, security guard deployment, product supplies, or catering, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Service Contracts & Deployment

All staffing and operational arrangements (including Housekeeping and Security Guard services) are subject to a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between FK Enterprise and the client:

• Staff deployments will be made according to agreed-upon shift durations and headcount requirements.
• FK Enterprise remains the primary legal employer of all deployed personnel and handles statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, and wages.
• Clients must ensure safe and non-hazardous work environments for our deployed staff.

3. Payments & Billing Terms

Unless specified otherwise in individual contracts, payments for monthly retainers, bulk cleaning supply deliveries, or catering events must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Invoices are issued monthly/per-event and are payable within 15 business days from the invoice date.
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the standard rate specified in the primary SLA.
• All applicable taxes (such as GST) will be itemized and added to invoices in accordance with prevailing laws.

4. Product Orders & Deliveries

For orders involving industrial cleaning products and chemicals:

• Product delivery timelines are estimates based on stock availability and route logistics.
• Clients must verify delivered quantities and container seals upon arrival before signing delivery challans.
• Returns or exchanges are only processed for factory-defective or damaged sealed containers reported within 48 hours.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, FK Enterprise and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this site.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FK Enterprise, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or services beyond the scope outlined in executed corporate contracts.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mumbai for the resolution of any disputes.
